Focused, attempted, consistent, done
Each new week, like a new year, starts with a certain innate level of excitement and possibility. I look forward to planning the week. There is joy in that for me. There also lies a trap that so many of us fall into. The planning and dreaming can be “easy” and enticing. We must proactively act on that planning and goal setting to create the life we desire and make our new dreams come true. Action does not need to be bold or extreme. It needs to be focused, attempted, consistent, done. A plan or goal on paper or in your mind without action remains just an idea.
