Disruptive Thoughts

I have not been writing blog drafts as consistently as I had been. This as led to two challenges. First, I have less material to pull from for final drafts. Second, the question of continuing the writing and blog creeps into my mind. I know it has been good for me, and it’s another opportunity to impact others which is what I want to do. Yet, because I miss days of writing, that little thought tries to push its way in to derail me from getting back on track.

Have you seen this happening on your journey? Or now, as you examine, can you see it or see where it could be trying to sidetrack you? What are the thoughts for you? Is it related to imposter syndrome? Are the thoughts telling you that this bump is proof that you weren’t cut out for your goal? Identifying those thoughts is the first step. Now, it is time to identify what steps you can take to overcome the disruptive thoughts and feelings.
